Return to the 70s....

HEY FASHIONISTA'S,

Summer is here and the weathers pretty swell so time to get your skates to hit the shops for the best summer buys and bargains of 2015....

                        THAT 70S SHOW!!!!

S/S15 is all about cool - earthy vibes, and 70s style has made a big impact all over again to the fashion industry straight off the catwalk and into the high street. With detail in the likes of heavy fringing to leather and suede fabrics in stone, beige and muted colours teamed with off the shoulder loose baggy go with the flow tops, its no wonder this trend is so hot right now. Super Fashion muses like Olivia Palermo & Suki Waterhouse have been seen wearing the trend of the season and you should too....

(Links below)

The fashion era of the 70s was bold, retro and powerful but just remember that sometimes less is more and we are in the modern age of 2015 so to get this trend right pick out a KEY PIECE to make the statement and work around it. Earthy tones are perfect for this trend but there are some great finds in bolder, brighter colours to play around with for a more modern approach to the hottest trend of the season.Add other item trends too like heels and caption tees with a colour pop effect and your own style twist...

The Fringed Skirt

Skirt - H&M - £49.99
There's always the odd outstanding piece you will find when searching on the web page of H&M as in store is always much more successsful but in this case the site came up top. This suede black long fringed skirt is so hot for this seasons ultimate trend and you can where it anytime of day, it works in the evening for a night out and even in the day for a summer BBQ (which we always look forward too) Team with a slogan/band tee and get the cool chic vibe. If your not super model tall this skirt and you wll need the help of some fab high heels, if you wanna go with flats find a shorter version. Try searching for one in a different colour too.

The Fringed Boots

Boots - Topshop - £82
The thing thats different about this fringed boot is the cut and style, its got a sort of grungy 90s vibe to it mixed with the 70s love of the fringed detail, but behind all that has a classic cut. This is what I call a 'midi' boot as its shorter than the knee length and higher than the ankle boot. Tan fringed boots are perfect for keeping head to toe boho but seen as though the 90s trend is still with us this year, the black fringed boot is perfect for mixing up the two eras of style.
