Disney Fashionista's - Aurora (Sleeping Beauty)

They say she is the most beautiful Disney Princess but I think the question all girls asked themselves when watching Aurora in Sleeping Beauty was THE DRESS - pink or blue? Well when I watched it I always prefer the blue version but originally at Disney, Aurora always seems to be wearing the pink version but not to worry I have found the same style dress both pink and blue, so your choice is easier and you can even mix and match to keep in with the pastel colour pop swap trend if you really want to.....

 The blue outfit I've gone with a more 'open-minded' Disney Princess view and kept it high fashion by adding pattern and brighter tones. With the off shoulder dress being so feminine I've picked out this blue coat for a brighter colour pop and a boyfriend style feel to it so it isn't too fitted or pretty but has a modern edgy look. Kept in theme with rose earrings and ring and added a gold choker like Auroras but a more bolder thicker version. The tights are keeping with the colour scheme but are very loud and put a spin on the outfit and the brightly coloured D-squared belt holds in the pop out colour when the coat is removed. The shoes are courts so they keep it classy but the croc print makes a great clash trend with the tights and adds texture and edge. The headband finishes off the look but brings a pretty feel to it too!

By choosing this dress it has the same cut as the Disney Princess's with it being off shoulder. You can style it anyway you want to or even mix and match with both colours. With the PINK version I've gone towards girlie keeping it on the pastel side of shades and adding a puff sleeve dolly coat to go with it. The rose ring and earrings represent the rose she holds during her time in her deep sleep cursed by the evil Maleficent. Classic pastel pink courts are 'cutie-fied' by adding frilly ankle socks. The chain V necklace keeps it modern but the simple gold headband still keeps in touch with the femininity of the outfit. Choose a pink nail polish whether it be pastel or bright and away you go.... You might meet a guy once upon a dream!
